Another long overdue blog post! I’ll eventually get all caught up…

Catherine and Brad are completely adorable. Like COMPLETELY adorable. They have the kindest hearts and seem so perfect for each other. It was truly a joy for me to be with them on their wedding day! Plus, some of their family is from Wisconsin which probably helped the enjoyment factor for me! They put a lot of thought into their ceremony and I couldn’t help but cry a little during their vows. Their words touched my heart and made me think of my own marriage and husband.

Sometimes people ask me what it’s like to shoot weddings–and it’s hard for me to explain… But Catherine and Brad’s ceremony gave me that feeling in my heart–the feeling I get when I witness and photograph true love–that feeling is what it’s like for me to shoot weddings. That’s what makes me love my job.
